Denise just made me realize I need to make Block 40 for my home state . . INDIANA.
Born and raised there. "Left Home" at 55 when I retired and we moved to my husband's hometown in Western New York.
Thanks for the realization, Denise . . and you HAVE to buy a pork tenderloin and make your own. A very dear friend, whom I taught with when I first started, would invite me for supper all the time. Her oldest told me once, "Don't talk to Mom on the nights she makes tenderloins . . she needs to beat them up to make herself feel better."
She laughed when I told her that, but she said it was true. When she had a very stressful day teaching, she would take the stress out on the tenderloins . . and were they ever succulent from her "stress relieving."
ROFLMAO @ the memories of her doing that.

I have the hammer - but what spices do you use and how do you make them? Maybe put the recipe in the post? I'm sure Rob and Logan will thank you!
I better hurry and post something on my blog or you're gonna catch up with me - ((grin))
