I know it is summer . . and I know people are busy . . . but I am SO MISSING seeing everyones "Blessings" postings.
I just have to wonder how many people are keeping up with the project. Does anyone have an idea?

Hey Paula -
Looks like you and I, Rachana, Genie and Donna are about it. Those that I am following might be stitching but I am not seeing many posts either.

I am SO HAPPY that you are going to be spending some quality time with your mom. Give her a hug for me . . I miss my mom so much at times it feels like a knife going through my heart.

Hi Paula! So funny!... I've been wondering the same thing, but I do think the gorgeous weather might have something to do with it. Nobody, at least here in "the great northeast" wants to stay cooped up inside anymore. We're just thrilled to skip outside, without our winter PARKAS, to even take out the GARBAGE! Ha! Ha!.. I actually plan to do at least another square either tonight or tomorrow night. Fact of the matter is, I have crochet projects I've been working on too, AND I can't seem to keep my nose out of the book I'm reading right now!!! Add the normal household chores, and perhaps a SPEC of a social life to all this, and it's not hard to see how I can easily lose focus!.. For sure, I am definitely looking forward to the weekend! Thank God it's here at last! Hope you have a great one! ~tina
I was keeping up until this week. I had planned to work on other projects, but unless the weather clears up big time, I'll be back at this by Sunday, because it's cheerful when the weather isn't.
Is Paka going to be in your blessings too?
When you said Paka was ashamed to be seen in public wet -- you nailed it. That is how Bridget is - ashamed. And if she is going to the bathroom - do not look at her - she'll even turn her head away from you so she can't see you. They 'know' when they don't look their best.
Have a good weekend - Smiles - Denise
Hi Paula :)
You know my blessings have fallen by the wayside to as I'm so busy outside right now but it is sitting by my chair making me feel awful guilty for not working on it! *grin*. I'm planning to take it camping with me when hubby comes home so I can play catch up :) I sure hope to get a few done while I'm sitting in my lawn chair watching the kids swimming :) Your blocks are so lovely!! I especially like the big tree in the center. Such lovely work :)
